About The Artist!
Rae S. Earley (She/They) is a Vermont-based multimedia artist. With a background in filmmaking, she has explored traditional pen illustration, digital art, and dabbled in photography. Her work is one-of-a-kind, with many pieces allowing for omnidirectional display. Rebuffing art classes, Rae enjoys diving right in and experimenting without the restraint of a grade, and is proud to polish her unique styles.
Her pen and ink art, reminiscent of Asian accents, is often compared with block-printing and the works of Hayao Miyazaki. Much of her digital work takes inspiration from movies such as Song of the Sea and The Little Prince. Rae’s photography captures the simplicity and beauty of Vermont, often gravitating towards extreme close-ups. A deep passion for nature fuels Rae’s designs, and most of her work encapsulates tranquility and inner strength.
Rae is a proud Neurodivergent and member of the LGBTQIA+ community. She can be found on Instragram @thestoryscripter, and don’t forget to check the back of a pen and ink original for a secret message written by the artist!
